Police: Drug test reveals traces of meth in child

A Bradley couple was arrested Wednesday after a drug test revealed traces of methamphetamine in a child's blood they cared for.
Richard Gene Sieburg, 23, was charged with unlawful neglect to a child, and Kimberly Sieburg, 28, was charged with unlawful neglect by legal custodian in connection with the incident. Both of the suspects reside at 2611 County Line Road in the Hunter's Run subdivision of Greenwood County.
The Department of Social Services contacted Greenwood County deputies Tuesday in reference to a drug screening of the suspects and two children who lived in the home.According to a Greenwood County incident report:
The family was tested by Omega facilities, and the results of the test showed the male suspect tested positive for meth and marijuana, while the female suspect had negative results for drugs. The oldest child tested positive for amphetamines and/or meth, and the youngest showed no illicit substances in its system. Both suspects admitted to DSS agents they used meth while the children were in their mobile home.
