A third person was arrested Tuesday in a case in which three children tested positive for marijuana.
Tristan Beauchamp, 26, of 101 Barley Drive, was charged with unlawful conduct toward child in connection with the incident.
Beauchamp became the third suspect arrested in the case. Records indicated Erica Williams, 25, was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with a count of unlawful neglect of child in connection with the incident after her 1-year-old daughter tested positive for the drug. Angel Guzman, 27, was arrested two days before that when tests showed pot to be in the system of his 3-year-old daughter.
According to a Greenwood County incident report, County DEU agents met with caseworkers for the Department of Social Services on Sept. 11 concerning the investigation. The caseworker released Beauchamp's paperwork from the July 19 drug screening that showed Guzman, Williams and their two respective children tested positive for marijuana.
The results showed Beauchamp and his 10-month-old child tested positive for the drug.
