BRADLEY — Lonnie Stewart, 63, of 5505 Highway 221 South, wife of Janie Mae Wideman Stewart, departed this life Friday, April 4, 2014 at the Hospice House in Greenwood.  
He was the son of the late Alonzo and Ruth Stewart. He worked for Self Regional Healthcare. He was also employed with Greenwood Mills (Sloan Plant) for 20 years. He was a faithful member of Milway Baptist Church, where he served as a loyal member of the Trustee Board, was Assistant Superintendent of the Sunday School Class, was Vice President of the Ushers and was an Advisor to the Missionary Board.
He was preceded in death by one great-grandchild, Jaziyah Kamari Ryans and several aunts and uncles.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of the home; two sons, Lonnie (Tauri) Miller and Keith Wideman; one brother, Edward Morton; one sister-in-law, Joyce (Douglas) Norman; eleven grandchildren; one aunt, Sally Ivery of Passaic, NJ; two nieces, Michelle (George) Carter and Milini (Vernon) Harmon; one nephew, David Brown; two special cousins, Jeanette Garner and Juanita Middleton; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Services are 1 p.m. Monday, April 7, 2014 at Milway Baptist Church, conducted by Pastor Lonnie Jones. The body will be placed in the church at 12 noon. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  
The family is at the home.
